Each fee is tailored to the individual’s difficulty and length of treatment. Our office will file the forms required so you can collect insurance if you have orthodontic benefits. Most insurance companies have a toll free number to call, so familiarize yourself with your benefits. Orthodontic coverage is different from the coverage you receive at your general dentist. O.H.I.P does not cover any dental services. Financing options As the patient (or parent of a patient), you authorize treatment, and you are responsible for payment of all fees. For your convenience, interest free monthly payment plans are available at our office.
If your insurance covers a portion of the orthodontic treatment, this is a contract between you and the company providing the benefits. The policy of insurance companies is to reimburse you after proof of payment to this office has been forwarded to them by you. We have a variety of payment options that may work for you:
